Facilities Scheduling

The Mounds View School District encourages the use of school facilities by District 621 residents. When not in use by one of our own community education or school-sponsored activities our facilities are offered to other local groups and organizations. Use of our facilities includes Boy and Girl Scout meetings and events, park and recreation activities, resident group meetings, youth athletic activities and special events of all kinds.

To use District 621 facilities, a permit must be obtained from the Community Education Department.  A permit request must filled out prior to any building use.  This may be obtained by downloading a Facility Request Form, calling 651-621-7400 or stopping by the Community Education Office, Pike Lake Education Center, 2101 14th Street NW, New Brighton. You may send your request electronically to lois.croft@moundsviewschools.org.

Please read Regulation EG-5152, Public Use of School Facilities and Fees.

FYI
In the 2005-2006 School year: approximately 3600 facility use permits were issued.
