Irondale Fall Dance Club - 2009-2010
The Irondale Fall Dance Club provides female dancers of all ability levels the opportunity to learn dance technique and choreography. Dancers will learn jazz, ballet, and high kick/precision technique, and develop strength, flexibility, and endurance through athletic training. Throughout the season, dancers will learn a precision hip hop routine for football and soccer performances, and a guy/girl routine for the Homecoming pep fest.
The purpose of the Fall Dance Club is to promote school spirit, teamwork, dedication, strong work ethic, and respect among dancers during the fall season. No dance experience is needed to join; there are no auditions for the club.
Our first practice is Monday, August 17th, from 2:30- 4:30 in the Lower Level Gym. YOU MUST HAVE THE ADMIT SLIP FROM THE ACTIVITIES OFFICE TO PARTICIPATE!
There will be a brief parent meeting on Monday, August 24th, at 6:30 pm in the Cafeteria.
Please contact Coach Rachel (Brenk) Doran at 763/370.6385, Rachel.Doran@moundsviewschools.org, or rmbrenk@gmail.com with any questions.
